dh-make-perl software package provides helper for creating Debian packages from perl modules, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dh-make-perl
dh-make-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dh-make-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dh-make-perl *
You will get with dh-make-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
